JOURNAL CLUB

YOU ARE INVITED.

Journal Club is a weekly 30-minute session on zoom of guided reflection prompts to support your journaling practice. Join us Sundays from 7:30-8:00pm PT.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Journal Club is for anyone who wants to start, restart, or refresh their journaling practice.

  • If you know that putting your thoughts on paper would help you, but you struggle to make time for it, this is for you.

  • If you sit down to journal and don’t know what to do, this is for you.

  • If you’ve been journaling for a while, but don’t feel like you’re getting what you want out of it, this is for you.

  • If you struggle to make time to journal, this is for you.

  • If you want accountability to help you sit down and follow through on your desire to journal, this is the group for you.

  • If you currently already journal regularly, but you're just curious, this is for you too!

WHAT DO I NEED?

Suggested supplies: a journal, something to write with, and perhaps a cup of tea. (If typing is more comfortable for you, go for it.)

WHAT TO EXPECT?

We will start and end right on time, but if obligations cause you to be late, join anyways and jump right in. I will guide the group through multiple, quickly moving journal prompts, and then offer some ideas at the end to continue journaling during the week if you want them.

DO I HAVE TO TALK OR SHARE?

Do I have to be on camera to participate? Don’t worry about how you look. Come as you are. You don’t have to share or talk, you don’t even need to be on camera if that makes you feel more comfortable. There might be some optional questions to answer in the chat, but the focus is supporting you in your journaling practice, not talking or sharing.
